Shawarma: Chicken Pita and Forum

Hello everyone i hope you go

good?.

Before starting my recipe, I want to

tell you i'm not chief but rather

a real passion for cooking.

So I like to taste other people's dishes

, I try and I share.

Today's recipe is the typical chicken pita recipe

or what's called Chicken Chawarma.

lets you discover the preparation.

I'm going to marinate my chicken first

wash the oranges and lemons well

300 gr of chickens, we need 15 cl of juice

orange and 10 cl of lemon juice.

In a salad bowl I put my pieces of chicken cut finely into small pieces.

chopped onion, I sprinkle with our juices (orange

, lemon) that I prepared just before.

And to flavor our chicken well, I add

also a little zest (lemon, orange)

you will see that accentuates the

taste.

A good drizzle of olive oil. And the secret of our famous pita or Chawarma, this

are the spices. So I quote:

a good spoon of each ginger, paprika, ground coriander, turmeric, ground white pepper, cumin

and half a spoon of cinnamon, a little

cinnamon stick, a few cloves

, and salt according to the taste of each.

Three good spoons of oregano, the more you put in, the better. Two bay leaves. And

to finish our seasoning,

Rub a few sprigs of thyme.

For hygiene I put a gan as you see. I mix everything well I cover my preparation with film paper,

For our marinade, you can also add yogurt and a good spoon

of tomato puree, the taste will only be better

So our marinade is ready

, it’s better to marinate your chicken the day before

, so the chicken will soak up these

ingredients, if you don't have time,

an hour will be enough for you. To prepare this

famous garlic sauce called Toumiya in

middle east. I peel a good amount

clove of garlic here I have ten.

In a blender, I put the garlic cloves, a

a little salt, a good spoon of juice

lemon, and a good dash of vegetable oil.

Mix everything until you get a cream

white and smooth

Before cooking your chicken do not forget to remove the cloves, the cinnamon stick and the bay leaves.

I will go to cooking which will last 5 to 6 minutes of our meat in a very hot frying pan, and at the time of cooking you feel the smell of spices.

Can't wait to taste ^ _ ^

The last step I will show you how to garnish my kebab, for that I have

chose the cake known by the name "Durum"

and for garnish I chose tomatoes, pickles

, parsley, salad and of course it comes down to everyone's taste

.I garnish my Durum, blocking the extremes and I roll up until a large sausage is obtained.

And finally toast your sandwiches on a pan just in time to give a nice color.

Here is the final presentation of my charma sandwiches.

I hope that today's recipe has you more, I just have to wish you good appetite and very soon I hope
