Today's recipe is the typical chicken pita recipe
or what's called Chicken Chawarma.

Three good spoons of oregano, the more you put in, the better. Two bay leaves. And
to finish our seasoning,
Rub a few sprigs of thyme.
For hygiene I put a gan as you see. I mix everything well I cover my preparation with film paper,
For our marinade, you can also add yogurt and a good spoon
of tomato puree, the taste will only be better
So our marinade is ready
, it’s better to marinate your chicken the day before
, so the chicken will soak up these
ingredients, if you don't have time,
an hour will be enough for you. To prepare this
famous garlic sauce called Toumiya in
middle east. I peel a good amount
clove of garlic here I have ten.
In a blender, I put the garlic cloves, a
a little salt, a good spoon of juice
lemon, and a good dash of vegetable oil.
Mix everything until you get a cream
white and smooth
Before cooking your chicken do not forget to remove the cloves, the cinnamon stick and the bay leaves.
I will go to cooking which will last 5 to 6 minutes of our meat in a very hot frying pan, and at the time of cooking you feel the smell of spices.
